It’s time for full circle healing, for clearing ourselves from generations upon generations of old beliefs and values, time to clear ourselves of past hurts and wrongdoings and the first step in doing this is by looking inwards. As I channeled with my guides, they showed me the Vesica piscis. This Sacred geometric shape is perfect for laying the groundwork for the beauty that is within to emerge. The two circles that overlap represent opposing sides, meeting in the middle. Often referred to as the 'womb of the Universe.’

I was shown the ritual below with the purpose of allowing the 2 sides of self to meet, to genuinely express and voice out the authentic lovable parts of you and then to extend love to the parts of self that we think are undesirable, allowing your inner light to fully embrace both sides.

1. Gather your supplies and set up your paper grid.

2. Cleanse yourself, space and crystals where you will be setting up your ritual.

"I extend love and gratitude to all parts of me. Allowing myself to fully open to who I am. ”

3. In the middle of the grid write your name, light and place your candle.

4. On the left side of the grid you are going to list out everything that you authentically love about yourself. What are you good at? What makes you feel confident?

5. On the right side of your grid you are going to write out the parts of self that you are critical of. Body parts, personality, past regrets...anything that is hindering you.

6. Set your crystal (s) in place. Blue crystals on the left side to allow truth to help radiate these amazing parts of you forward. Pink/green crystals on the right, to extend love and compassion to the parts that are awaiting your light. 

8. Cleanse your space again, visualizing anything that needs to be sent out into the Universe.

7. Reflect on this process. Thank your crystals and Universe for allowing what needs to be seen to come through.

8. Check back on this ritual in 30 days and see if anything has shifted. Is there something that you write on the right side of this grid that can now be moved into the left side?

Amazonite- Known as the stone of hope, it alleviates worry & fear. Allows you to live in true alignment with your soul.

Green Aventurine-Known as the stone of opportunity, brings confidence and prosperity back in alignment.

Kyanite-Deeply healing, Helps clear the way for your soul truth to surface by tapping into your intuition and creating a safe place to look within.

Sodalite-Calming and soothing, but allows you to tap into powerful instincts about who you truly are. Heightens intuition and boosts clear communication.

Lapis Lazuli-Brings all of your amazing magic to the surface. Allows you to trust and know that your feelings are the answers you need to hear.

Dumortierite-Invites you to stand up for yourself and keep your boundaries in tact. Increases patience with yourself and others as you begin to build confidence and trust within yourself.

Write out you desire or goals on one side, write the steps you are going to take on the other, and voice it out to the Universe. Voila, step back and watch yourself algin with your goals!
